Nick is a highly experienced Management Consultant with expertise in business modelling, analysis and project delivery across a wide range of functions, industries and countries. He has been involved in solving complex business issues across the full business value chain. From demand management, procurement, material management, distribution, manufacturing scheduling and planning through to the demand satisfaction and the associated logistics and systems. All aspects of planning and execution have been addressed from strategic and tactical through to the operational level.
Adrian is the co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of iViis. Adrian has a long track record in successfully conceptualising, architecting and delivering world-class products and solutions, ranging from manufacturing clients through to financial services, from enterprise class through to consumer class solutions, and in more recent years focussed squarely on cloud-based technologies and the ecosystem that surrounds them. Adrian’s primary role is to deliver the industry-leading iViis application development platform on which our successful cloud applications are built. The platform provides unmatched implementation speed, agility and resilience to the iViis teams which deliver the iViis layered products to our (delighted) clients.
Craig is responsible for the consulting, implementation and support functions for iViis in New Zealand. He manages the team of business analysts, application consultants and support analysts that keep our clients happy. With over 15 years of experience working for technology companies in Australia and the US he has implemented and supported solutions around the world. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Otago University and before joining iViis was a Consultant Analyst at Pongrass Publishing Systems and Product Manager of Advertising Systems at Modulo Systems.
Linda Savage is responsible for the Australian consulting team. Activities include managing delivery for new customers, delivery of projects for existing customers and daily support. Linda’s 25 years of executive experience from working at manufacturing companies cover all aspects and processes for procedural tasks as well as business development for major projects. Before iViis Linda was Accounting and Planning Manager of Aperio Flexible Packaging plus managed large projects for their Christchurch, Auckland and Sydney branches.
